For this event we Planned, scheduled, marketed, and worked, a Dance Party at a local Bar over Martin Luther King Weekend. The undertaking was a huge project, in which the whole chapter got involved with ever aspect of the Dance Party. We undertook the responsibility of getting a DJ, Making signs, putting them up, figuring out drink specials, setting up a cover charge, and making sure the night went off without a hitch. We used FliX55 as a Sponsor along with PSE, to help set off the charge of marketing, as well as double our donation to VH1 Save the Music. For every registration to FLiX55, the attendee got two dollars off the cover charge and PSE and FLiX55 made a dollar contribution to VH1's Save the Music Foundation.
The Project brought in 133 people, of those 76 registered for FLiX55, and we donated a total of $152 to Save the Music. After donations and marketing we made a profit of about $150
